1. Why choose Bloom?
We let our products speak for itself... no advertising, no marketing gimmicks.  We believe that our clients will see and appreciate our originality, and the heart and soul we put into every piece.  Also our products are always stylish and delicious.  We use all natural ingredients and everything is made from scratch.  Many chain grocery stores and bakeries uses pre-made mixes for their baked goods.  For example, where most of their Macarons are made from eggs white substitute and Macaron mixes, we ground our own almonds in small batches to ensure freshness and uses real egg whites, some might use non-diary base 'whipped topping' to ice their cakes, we use real butter for our butter-cream.  But most of all, we are knowledgeable and are willing to work with you throughout the process no matter how big or small the cake.  Your satisfaction is our priority!

2. How do I order your products?
We are happy to take your order over the phone, through e-mail or the on-line inquiry form on our web site.  Our website is mobile friendly so you can be in touch with us everywhere you go!  Due to the nature of our work, please be advised that a deposit is required at the time of purchase to secure your booking.

3. How much are your cakes and why should I reveal my budget?
There are many factors affect the overall price of a cake including size, shape, design intricacies and materials used. Your budget helps us determine what to design for you, because there's no point in designing a cake you really love, only to find out that it's well over your budget. It would be a waste of our time and yours.

If you don't have a budget or are not sure.  We can suggest options for a range of budgets and work with you from there.

Please refer to our Pricing Guide for a detail break down of your cakes and other products.

4. Why do custom cakes cost so much?
Each one of our cake is made fresh to order with the best ingredients and each cake is unique.  From the design process to the finished product.  A cake is never done in just one day.  Even the smallest designer cake require at least 6 hrs of work to complete.  Every single detail of our cake is hand-crafted and specially designed for that specific client so no two cakes are the same.  Which makes them truly works of Art!

5. Do you offer tasting and consultations?
We offer tasting and consultations for order of over 100 servings.  Tasting consultations are $20 (per two person) with your choice of four flavor cake combinations.  The $20 will be reimbursed into your final total if you decide to go ahead with our service.

6. How much notice do you need to make my cake?
Please allow at least two weeks for designer cake orders, one month for wedding cake orders.  Other baked goods order can be place a week in advance.  The earlier the better!  Once the opening is taken, we will have to turn away orders for that time.  That way we can maintain the highest quality of work for all our products.

7. Do you deliver and where to?
